The hand-held device has energy-efficient UV LEDs (ultraviolet light emitting diodes) fitted around the spray nozzle, which enable the curing process to begin the instant the paint comes into contact with the repaired surface.
The system has several spray nozzles throughout the plant with demand ranging from 24 l/min up to 152 l/min.
CIP features include spray nozzles that are adapted to clean the product feed, product filter, bowl, lid and discharge valve.
