The comparable characters completely correspond with those of the steinkern from Trbovlje (former Trifail, Slovenia).
Invertebrate macrofossils in these calcarenites are scarce, in part because of its diagenetic history which has turned them to decalcified limestones with moldic porosity, but nevertheless layers of accumulated orbitoidids and mollusc steinkerns occur.
Also present are many steinkerns, most likely of Ilynassa.
