Chamber of Commerce to propose the measure, and that in stooging for the council, they actually hired a firm that represents lobbyists to draft the legislation that supposedly cracks down on lobbyists.
Chick is simply stooging for the council's power structure by leading the way in punishing her own constituents for the failure of City Hall to make economies, plan ahead and operate efficiently.
Schools will soon be in the hands of citizens committed to quality education - instead of committed to stooging for teachers and administrators.
