The award recognized the AST Team's demonstration of exemplary acquisition excellence while producing and delivering the Littoral Surveillance Radar System that uses advanced radar, display, and processing systems to provide new littoral surveillance capabilities for joint and naval forces. Air Force contract to integrate a new airborne surveillance radar on its unmanned Global Hawk reconnaissance plane. This event marks the first hardware delivery within the programme and will allow Boeing to emulate Raytheon's radar interface as it integrates the maritime surveillance radar into the mission system backbone. |
