The atom or nucleus in an atomic or nuclear reaction which is initially stationary.

The researchers considered concentrations of manganese and other metals in the wells used by the target population, the mothers' reproductive history and education, and the families' socioeconomic status and other factors that can affect infant survival.
The target population consists of adult people who present with chronic psychosis accompanied by frequent relapses, involuntary treatment, difficulties with engagement and treatment, complex medical histories, substance use, homelessness and other complex psychosocial factors.
Jewish consumers who need funeral services are a sliver of that target population, and the subject of death doesn't lend itself to mass marketing.
