GAO-08-261T November 6, 2007 Telework continues to receive attention within Congress and federal agencies as a human capital strategy that offers various flexibilities to both employers and employees.
According to a national survey of federal government and private-sector employees, telework adoption continues to accelerate in the federal government and outpaces private-sector adoption by a three-to-one margin.
