Abstract The present work is directed at collecting the properties of Zn-Ni and Zn-Fe alloys in one alloy via the electrodeposition of Zn-Ni-Fe ternary alloy.
Topics of the 17 papers on this very important discipline include silicon, the growth of gallium arsenide, computer modeling, indium phosphide, InSb and related ternary alloys, GaN substrates grown under pressure, CMT, sapphires, fluorides, quartz, diamond, silicon carbide and growth under minigravity conditions.
Wetting Balance Test Methodology Five lead-free solder alloys were evaluated, including binary alloys of tin with silver and copper, a ternary alloy of tin/silver/copper and quaternary alloys of tin/silver/copper with bismuth and antimony.
