The project is being assisted with funding from Dudley Townscape Heritage Initiative, a five-year heritage-led regeneration grant, supported by Advantage West Midlands (AWM), the Heritage Lottery Fund and the council.
The cash will be invested in restoring and improving Holyhead's historic townscape with the aim of rejuvenating the town.
Priority projects include nine original individual shop/residential units in a single Grade II listed Georgian terrace and a Grade II listed public house located at what is planned to become a gateway from the main shopping area into the heart of the Townscape Heritage Initiative (THI) area.
