trimetrogon

A fan camera arrangement for production of maps and charts. Three cameras with wide-angle lenses are mounted together to give lateral coverage from horizon to horizon. The center camera is used for vertical photography and the outer two cameras for oblique photography. A trimetrogon installation is shown in the illustration.
