I am reminded of a story I read in a newspaper some years ago, of a police sergeant who was driving her car somewhere in Devon or Cornwall, well after midnight, when she saw in her headlights a man riding a unicycle which was towing a small boxed trailer.
This silly idea from the Japanese made me recall a strange tale by South Wales Echo (Cardiff, Wales)
