unzip

To decompress a file in the .ZIP file format. See Zip file.


1.(tool, compression)unzip - To extract files from an archive created with PKWare's PKZIP archiver.
2.(tool, compression)unzip - A program to list, test, or extract files from a ZIP archive, commonly found on MS-DOS systems. zip, creates ZIP archives; both programs are compatible with archives created by PKWARE's PKZIP and PKUNZIP for MS-DOS.

When the patient/resident needs to move in or out of the bed, the rails can be easily removed by unzipping the zipper on the bottom edge of the encasement.
You can also view the contents of archived files before extracting them, giving you the option of unzipping only the files you need.
Although we have not lost focus on the basic zipping and unzipping, we have added a lot of additional functionality to facilitate the use of Zip files when emailing, backing up data, protecting data, installing screen savers and software, working with images and much more.
