(pravonarushenie), a culpable, illegal act committed by a person who is sane and has reached legal age.

Violations of the law are divided into crimes and minor offenses that are civil, administrative, or disciplinary. Appro-prate criminal, civil, administrative, or disciplinary liability is established for violation of the law.
