Hemianopia is a condition in which one half of the visual field in both eyes is blinded, usually the result of a stroke or head injury.
The prodromal symptoms include spots before the eyes, visual field defects, flashes of light, unusual sounds, irritability, depression, restlessness, and anorexia, to name a few.
