Vocational Training
the specialized knowledge, abilities, and skills that qualify a person for work in a particular field. Depending on the individual’s qualifications, there are four basic levels of vocational training, requiring corresponding levels of vocational education: higher, specialized secondary, vocational-technical, and elementary. The last involves the training of unskilled workers in vocational courses and by means of individual and team training on the job. Vocational training is part of the system of advanced training and is completed through self-education while a person is employed. How to thank TFD for its existence?
