A few years ago, Bonner found herself spending too much time trying to generate the information she needed to keep up with the population changes and to ensure the voice menu applications were serving the various departments well.
Once connected via telephones, operators move through secure voice menus with the ability to: * Listen to alarm details and acknowledge them from any telephone * Change analogue tag values and/or discrete tag states * Listen to HMI information by moving through custom and secure voice menus The system can also send all necessary information to the plant floor, including inventory levels, part numbers and supplier contact information.
The mobile visual voicemail application lets cell phone subscribers see who has left messages and listen to them instantly, without requiring the user to dial into a voicemail system or to navigate voice menus.
