wango - /wang'goh/ Random bit-level grovelling going on in a system during some unspecified operation. Often used in combination with mumble. For example: "You start with the ".o" file, run it through this postprocessor that does mumble-wango - and it comes out a snazzy object-oriented executable."

He was well known for the annual Wango Tango concert and other off-air promotions.
The first tale is the least successful, relying overmuch on alliteration and assonance ("Mean Doctor Wango Tango / had a lumpy, lazy cat; / a leapy, creepy, weepy cat / who sleepied in his hat") to carry the slight story, while the second ("It") has great read-aloud potential.
