Toffee
a confectionery product obtained by boiling condensed milk with sugar, molasses, and fat (mainly butter or margarine) and adding flavoring (such as coffee, walnuts, fruit, or soy flour) and aromatic substances. Because of the large amount of milk, sugar, and fat contained, toffee is a highly nutritious product. In caloric content 1 kilogram totals 17 megajoules (4,100 kilocalories). The high concentration of sugar and low moisture content allow a safe storage period of two to six months. Want to thank TFD for its existence?
