The waste pipe for the toilet is harder to move, so ask a plumber about any changes you'd like to make, and only tackle the plumbing yourself if you're extremely experienced and capable.
If so, then your waste pipe is no doubt clogged with hair and soap residue.
The toilet waste pipe can run 15m (50ft) but smaller pipes for the baths and showers shouldn't run more than 3m (10ft) before they pour into a vertical drain stack.
