PALMDALE - The Antelope Valley Auto Center will add a motorcycle and watercraft store to its lineup in early 2005. The governor and his sons, Josh and Craig, jumped on their personal watercraft and drove about 300 yards until they spotted six members of a family whose 21-foot wooden boat sank for unknown reasons in a matter of minutes. Taking large Army watercraft off prepositioned vessels and storing them ashore is more efficient and economical, say military planners. |
