An unnamed black dog out of Federation of British Greyhound Owners' Association Chairman Stuart Locke-Hart's popular bitch Penn Lacey and Droopys Scholari won the Greyhound Trainers Association Trophy (puppies whelped April, June 08) for Russell Samson.
The 36-runner event is for puppies whelped September '98 or later and not just September '98 whelps.
Disco whelps nine CRAFTY DISCO, an open-race winner for Chris Lund at Nottingham, Coventry and Sunderland, has whelped a litter of nine to 2004 Derby winner Droopys Scholes.
