A goal of eliminating internal e-mail between employees. E-mails sent between members of a project with multiple conversation threads become fragmented and unwieldy when users forget to "reply to all" instead of the immediate sender.

Using various collaboration and project management tools, everyone in the project is kept up-to-date and working together on a single thread of information. The only e-mail in a Zero E-mail initiative is between external suppliers and customers. See blueKiwi ZEN.
