16 November 2009 - Norwegian telecoms major Telenor ASA (OSL: TEL) said that trading in the shares of its unit Grameenphone Ltd in Bangladesh started today on local bourses the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) Ltd and the Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) Ltd.
Issued at 100% of principal amount, the subordinated notes will bear an annual fixed interest rate of 5.25% until 16 November 2021, to be paid quarterly in arrears.
