The architecture of the Super Wi-Fi as defined in 802.11af is shown in Fig.
Communications between Geolocation Database (GDB) and high level entities (RLSS and GDD-enabling STA) are excluded from the range of 802.11af. RLSS and GDD-enabling STA utilize the white space available for the Internet.

The WSO access technologies are IEEE 802.22 and IEEE 802.11af. In this simulation setup, we implement the compulsory channel requirement of each WSO where the standard definition of the above technologies mandates a single TV channel of regulatory defined bandwidth as a requirement of a device to operate in the TVWS.

Using low-band spectrum in vacant UHF TV frequencies and the new IEEE 802.11af
WiFi standard, Carlson's Picasso Gen3 chip will allow hundreds of users to receive a reliable broadband connection with data download speeds up to 96 Mbps from a single base station.
The access point is power-over-Ethernet (IEEE 802.11af
) compliant with 12- 24vdc and 110-240vac options.
