AT&T U-verse

A triple-play TV, Internet and phone service from AT&T. Launched in 2006 initially as an Internet-based TV service (IPTV) in Houston and subsequently nationwide, the U-verse branding has gone through some ups and downs. In 2016, AT&T announced it was killing the U-verse brand because it was directing customers to its DirecTV satellite service. However, as of 2020, U-verse services were only available for existing customers. See AT&T Worldnet and AT&T.
