HTTP Dynamic Streaming

The adaptive streaming support in Adobe's streaming servers. Introduced in Flash Media Server (FMS), HTTP Dynamic Streaming (HDS) is also part of Adobe Media Server 5. In 2009, Adobe added adaptive streaming elements to its streaming server and incorporated even more in 2011. See adaptive streaming, fragmented MP4, Adobe Media Server and streaming server.
