Aleksandrovka

 

an urban-type settlement, the center of Aleksandrovka Raion, Kirovograd Oblast, Ukrainian SSR. It is located on the Tiasmin River in the Dnieper basin. It has the Fundukleevka railroad station. Aleksandrovka is 57 km north of Kirovograd. Population in 1969, 10,600. There are enterprises of the food industry in Aleksandrovka, including a sugar refinery. Oil shale deposits have been found in the area.


Aleksandrovka

 

an urban-type settlement, the center of Aleksandrovka Raion, Donetsk Oblast, Ukrainian SSR. It is located on the Samara River, a tributary of the Dnieper River, 2 km from the railroad station Zolotye Prudy. Population in 1968, 3,000. Aleksandrovka is the site of a fruit drink plant and a fowl-breeding incubation station.
