The Village of Patchogue has scheduled a public hearing for site plan approval and its
Architectural Review Board for Tuesday, Jan.
On June 12 the
Architectural Review Board approved the site plan for the Costco station, which would use two of the total of 9.5 acres, followed a week later with approval of the plan by the Board of Aldermen.
For 12 years, she was a commissioner on the Glen Ellyn Zoning Commission and Glen Ellyn
Architectural Review Board.
State Supreme Court Justice John Ark on Wednesday ordered the village's
architectural review board to issue a certificate of approval to Pittsford Canalside Properties LLC for the apartment project along the Erie Canal.
"We work closely with the Vicksburg Convention and Visitors Bureau, Vicksburg-Warren Chamber of Commerce, Warren County Port Commission, City of Vicksburg, Southern Cultural Heritage Foundation, Vicksburg Convention Center, Warren County Supervisors,
Architectural Review Board, Vicksburg Foundation for Historic Preservation, and the Mississippi Development Authority Tourism Division, along with numerous other organizations."
Proposed building signage is currently being reviewed by the
architectural review board and will be installed as soon as possible following formal approval.
She is a long standing member of the Sag Harbor Yacht Club and is a member of the
Architectural Review Board for the neighboring Village of North Haven.
Custom designs are welcome, but must be approved by the
architectural review board.
"This is a very exciting project for us," says Richard Perrone, overseer of the
architectural review board and head of Perrone Construction.
This uncompromising design was approved unanimously by the local
architectural review board and luckily there were no neighbours to object to the absence of gables and a pitched roof.
As a result, Pittsford's
architectural review board was delighted that only 4 of the 36 cottages in the finished neighborhood looked the same."
