Baidar Valley

 

a depression in the southwestern Crimea along the Chernaia River. It is 16 km long and up to 8 km wide. Fields, gardens, and vineyards are located in the valley. The slopes of the surrounding highlands (elevation to 500 m) are covered with trees and bushes. The Yalta-Sevastopol’ highway runs through the valley.
