Baranovka
an urban-type settlement; center of Baranovka Raion, Zhitomir Oblast, UkrSSR. Located on the Sluch’ River (Dnieper basin), 24 km from the Radulino railroad station. Population in 1968, 10,100. Industry includes porcelain and brick plants and a creamery.
