    announced that Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P., plans to construct a 120 MMcf/d cryogenic gas processing plant in Beckham County, OK. The facility, to be known as the Sweetwater gas plant, will be located west of Atlas Pipeline's Elk City gas plant and is being built to further access natural gas production being developed in western Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle.
