Belcy

(bĕlt`sē), Rus. Beltsy, city (1996 est. pop. 159,420), in Moldova. A river and railroad junction, its manufactures include foodstuffs, agricultural machinery, and furniture. The city was founded in the 15th cent.

Born to a British father (Ronnie Pressman) and Filipino mother (Belcy Dalloran Yasto), her father single-handedly raised her and sister, Issabelle, after her parents separated.
