Beloozersk

 

a city in Bereza Raion, Brest Oblast, Byelorussian SSR, 19 km from the Bronnaia Gora railroad station on the Moscow-Brest line. Population, 6,400 (1969). It originated in 1960 in connection with the construction of the Bereza State Regional Electric Power Plant.
