Blanchard, (Felix Anthony, Jr.) “Doc”

(1924–  ) football player; born in McColl, S.C. A powerful fullback, he paired with halfback Glenn Davis to lead Army to undefeated seasons (1944–46), while earning All-America honors and the 1945 Heisman Trophy.
