Engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance and project management services provider Fluor Corporation (NYSE:FLR) has completed a new 580-megawatt natural gas-fired, combined-cycle generating station for Dominion Virginia Power (NYSE:D) in Buckingham County, Virginia, the company said on Tuesday.
