Burrows, Julius Caesar

(1837–1915) U.S. representative/senator; born in Erie County, Pa. A Union war veteran, he served in the U.S. House of Representatives (Rep., Mich.; 1873–75, 1879–83, 1885–94) and in the U.S. Senate (1894–1911).
