CA-Visual Objects

An object-oriented client/server development system formerly from CA Technologies that is used to develop Windows applications. It provides visual programming tools and a programming language that evolved from Clipper. Visual Objects supports ODBC and SQL databases and includes a compiler for generating Windows EXEs and DLLs.
