Calisthenics at Work

 

simple physical exercises that are included in the workday to increase work efficiency, improve health, and prevent fatigue among workers. A set of exercises will vary, depending on the nature of the work. Two types of work calisthenics have been established: warm-ups, which prepare the person for work, and exercise breaks, which are a form of active relaxation.
