Chat Head

A Facebook Messenger notification that appears as a round icon on top of the current screen. Android 10 added a similar function called "Bubbles" for various notifications. See Facebook Messenger.

Chat Head "Bubble"

Messenger Chat Heads and Android Bubbles appear on top of whatever is on screen at the moment. Tapping them opens the notification.
