Chertkovo

 

an urban-type settlement and administrative center of Chertkovo Raion, Rostov Oblast, RSFSR. Chertkovo is a railroad station on the Millerovo-Georgiu-Dezh line. The settlement has a butter factory, a meat-packing plant, a poultry-packing plant, a food-processing combine, a building-materials combine, and a grain elevator.
