Culgoora

(kul-goor -ă) The site, near Narrabri, northern New South Wales. Australia, of the Paul Wild Observatory at which the Australia Telescope's Compact Array is located. It is also the site of Sydney University's Stellar Interferometer (SUSI), a radiospectrograph, and a 96-dish radio heliograph, 3 km in diameter, used 1967–84 to make radio images of the Sun.
