Czechoslovak News Agency

 

(Československá Tisková Kancelář), the government-run information agency of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic. Founded in Prague in Oct. 28, 1918, the agency is the chief source of domestic and international news for newspapers, radio, television, and government institutions.
