Dar’ialyk

 

(Kuniadar’ia), one of the old dry courses of the Amu Darya River, below Urgench of the Turkmen SSR. Once the waters of the Amu Darya flowed along the Dar’ialyk into the Sarykamysh lakes; this occurred for the last time in 1878.
