Kothari, Daulat Singh

 

Born July 6, 1906, in Udaipur, Rajasthan State. Indian physicist.

Kothari became a professor at the University of Delhi in 1942. His principal works deal with statistical thermodynamics, astrophysics, and the theory of gravitation.

Kothari was named a foreign member of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR in 1976.
