Delivery, Special Conditions of

 

in the USSR, normative acts that regulate the delivery of certain types of goods. Supplementing the Basic Principles of Civil Legislation of the USSR and the Union Republics, the republic civil codes, and the Statutes on Product Delivery, these acts cover special problems that are connected with the delivery of certain products and that are not covered by general legislation. Special conditions of delivery have, for example, been worked out for timber products, standardized housing, and furniture.
