It is debuting betamethasone dipropionate cream USP 0.05% (augmented), an AB-rated generic equivalent to Schering-Plough Corp.'s Diprolene, a prescription cream that is used primarily in managing inflammatory skin disorders.
For a strong steroid, she chooses Diprosone ointment, not Diprolene. Both contain betamethasone and are produced by the Schering Corp.
