Dolinsk

 

a city in Sakhalin Oblast, RSFSR. Its railroad station is 42 km north of luzhno-Sakhalinsk. It has a pulp and paper combine and a machine factory. In the region there is coal mining, a fishing industry, and a building-materials industry.
