Available media include the 100 MB (Iomega Zip), 120 MB (3M's drive that can also read 3.5-in., 1.44-MB floppies), 135 MB (SyQuest

Although slightly bigger and twice as heavy as the one-pound Zip Drive, the $240
EZ135 can store 135 Mb of data.
FREMONT, Cal.--SyQuest Technology said it has begun worldwide shipment of a new portable version of its EZ135 drive.
The EZ135 Parallel Port, priced at $249.95, is said to offer computer users the benefit of true plug and play mobility.
SyQuest, which has been in the removable hard disk and optical disc business for many years, came out with a similar device, the
EZ135. While it has an even faster transfer rate (in the SCSI version) of 2 MB/second, a lightning-fast access time of 13.5 ms, and a 135-MB-capacity cartridge, the drive itself is $240, and--according to reviewers--somewhat clumsy.
