Echo Dot

A compact version of Amazon's Echo virtual assistant, commonly called an "Alexa" device. In 2016, the first Dot was shaped like a hockey puck, but the fourth generation in 2020 is sphere-like, which Amazon calls an "orb." See Amazon Echo.
