Ergaki

 

a mountain range in the Zapodnyi Saian Mountains, north of the upper course of the Us river (a right-bank tributary of the Enisei), in Krasnoiarsk Krai, RSFSR. The range is about 60 km long, with heights up to 2,221 m. The Ergaki Range is composed chiefly of metamorphic rock and granite. The crest of the range with its high peaks is strongly cut by deep cirques. For the most part, the slopes are covered by taiga; the summits are treeless.
