Fedorov Solid
a convex polyhedron. The images of Fedorov solids under translation fill space without gaps or overlaps; that is, Fedorov solids are parallelohedrons. There are five types of Fedorov solids (seePOLYHEDRON, Figure 2,y-2,cc). The solids were discovered by E. S. Fedorov in 1881.
